  23. The hotlist is where you can save the titles and URLs of your favorite files.

  25. <P><B>To add the current file to the hotlist:</B>

  27. <P><LI>From the Navigate menu, choose Add Current to Hotlist.
  28. <P>Or, click the Add Current to Hotlist toolbar button.

  31. <P><B>To open a file in the hotlist:</B>

  33. <P><LI>From the Navigate menu, choose Hotlist.
  34. <P><LI>Double-click the file you want to open (or select it and click the Go To
  35. button).

  40. <P><LI>From the Navigate menu, choose Hotlist.
  41. <P><LI>Select the file you want to remove and click the Delete button.

  47. <P><LI>Select the entry you to edit and click the Edit button.
  48. <P><LI>In the Edit Hotlist Entry dialog, you can change the title and URL of the
  49. entry.

  55. <P><LI>From the Navigate menu, choose Hotlist.
  56. <P><LI>Choose Export.
  57. <P><LI>Type a filename. Use an <I>.htm</I> or <I>.html</I> extension.

  61. <P><B>To import a hotlist:</B>

  63. <P><LI>From the File menu, choose Open Local.
  64. <P><LI>Type or select the name of the hotlist file you want to import and click
  65. OK.
  66. <P>The hotlist is displayed as a list of links.
  67. <P><LI>Click a link you want to add to your hotlist.
  68. <P><LI>When the file is displayed, choose Add Current to Hotlist from the Navigate
